Residential Disabled Parking Signs Handicap signs mark the space and prohibit the parking of all vehicles, except those displaying a disabled placard or disabled plate along with the permit which has the corresponding permit number displayed on the signs. Vehicles in violation of this ordinance will be ticketed.
